Terms and Conditions - Eduzone Golden Tickets - August 2020

1. The promoter is: Eduzone Ltd whose registered office is at ESPO, Barnsdale Way, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1ES.

2. The offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom except employees of Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation or Eduzone Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

3. All orders received during August 2020 that contain a stock item (any item with a code not starting with A, N or X) are eligible to receive a golden ticket. Tickets are allocated randomly and will be placed into packaged orders. The number of tickets available to be given out is limited.

4. As tickets are distributed randomly to orders throughout August, every order containing a stock item is eligible to receive a ticket. This means that each order containing a stock item is accepted as an entry and multiple tickets can be won by the same person.

5. Printed on the ticket will be the full details of the prize that has been won. This may be a discount for a future order or physical items.

6. Offer starts 01.08.20 and ends 01.09.20. Tickets will be distributed during this time period only. After this time, no further tickets will be supplied.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for tickets not received for whatever reason. 

8. The rules of the offer and how to claim are as follows: Simply take a photograph of your ticket and tag our Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account before midnight 30.09.20.You will then be contacted by Eduzone with details on how to claim your offer. 

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer and these terms and conditions without notice. 

10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate competition or prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected or not connected with this competition. 

11. Any physical prize(s) may have previously been used for display or photoshoot purposes and therefore may have slight visual damage. 

12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

13. Winners will be chosen at random throughout August 2020, from all orders received that include stock items. 

14. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by 30.09.20, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition/offer will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

16. By claiming the offer/prize, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

17. Offer vouchers are only valid for orders placed via the Eduzone website (eduzone.co.uk), email (shop@eduzone.co.uk), telephone (0345 644 5556) or via your Account Manager.

18. If ordering via the Eduzone website, please enter the appropriate discount code in the “Discount code” box during the checkout process. Your order total will be automatically reduced. If ordering via other methods, please state the appropriate discount code at the point of ordering.

19. This offer is valid for orders over increment amounts.
£10.00 discount – can be used on orders over £20.00 (excluding delivery and VAT) placed between 01.08.20 and 31.12.20 inclusive.
£20.00 discount – can be used on orders over £40.00 (excluding delivery and VAT) placed between 01.08.20 and 31.12.20 inclusive. 
£25.00 discount – can be used on orders over £50.00 (excluding delivery and VAT) placed between 01.08.20 and 31.12.20 inclusive.

20. This offer cannot be retrospectively applied to orders placed before this time period, or placed during this time period without use of the discount code.

21. This offer is valid on all full price products (not valid on clearance sale items).

22. The applicable discount will be applied to your eligible order before VAT and delivery charges, which will be added at the normal rates. This offer can only be used once.

23. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

24. If an order is cancelled or returned, the refund will equal the amount paid and not the full item price. If returning Direct Delivery products that are not faulty, the full restocking charge will still apply.
