How to order

Browse the website and add items to your basket. Please note that advertised prices on our website and in our catalogue exclude VAT - this is added at the checkout stage.

Visit your basket and check the items and quantities are correct. If you have any special instructions or requests, enter them in the text box here. Once you’re happy, press Check Out.

Log in or sign up if you are not already registered with us. Please note that if you were registered on our old website (before April 2019) you will need to re-register.

Our checkout section consists of the following steps:

1. Customer information - please tell us your delivery address and contact details.

2. Shipping method - your delivery price will be calculated based on your order value and location (see below for details). Within the UK mainland you may be given the option of next day delivery.

3. Payment method - two options are available:
(a) Payment online by credit or debit card.
(b) Request payment by invoice. If your request is approved your order will be dispatched and you will receive an invoice asking for payment to be made within 30 days. If your request is not approved (for example if this is your first order) you will receive a pro forma invoice for payment before your order is dispatched – this will still apply even if you have selected next business day delivery.

4. Review order details. VAT will be added to your order value at this stage.

            Within our Leicester based warehouse we stock a wide range of products. Stock items have item codes that begin with a number and these are delivered from our warehouse within 3-5 working days.

            We also provide a wide range of Direct Delivery items. These have item codes beginning with A, N or X. These items are delivered direct from the supplier and carry their own individual lead times and return conditions. Where possible, lead times are shown throughout this website.

            For UK mainland deliveries, a small post and packaging charge of £5.95 will apply to orders under £50 and delivery is free for orders £50 or above. Outside of the UK mainland, delivery charges may vary and will be calculated at the checkout stage.

            Unfortunately, delivery to Northern Ireland is currently unavailable.

            For the UK mainland we offer a next business day delivery service on stock items. Where this is available, the option will be available to select at the checkout, including price details. Please place your order before 2pm for next business day delivery.


            To return an item, Contact Us and tell us the following information:

            • Your account number
            • Delivery note number
            • Order number
            • Items and reason for return

            To return stock items (item codes containing numbers only), please contact our Customer Services team within 7 days of receiving your goods and we’ll arrange for collection of the items and credit your account or process a refund.

            To return Direct Delivery items (codes beginning with an A, X or N), please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Restocking charges apply for Direct Delivery items unless the items are faulty.
