What you will need:
- Paper straws
- Coloured card
- Foil shreds
- Sequins
- Paper Stars
- Scissors
- Glue
1. Cut out a small circle of the coloured card, about as big as a bottle lid
2. Stick the straw to the back of the coloured card
3. Add to the front of the card the sequins and the foil shreds, layering on top of each other to make the biggest possible sparkle!
4. Finish with one of the paper stars, stuck right on top
